Louise Rapley is a visual artist and filmmaker. Her work explores themes of fantasy, isolation and mental health and how these inform each other. Her short film Frame was an official selection for New Zealand International Film Awards in 2017. While working on her own artistic projects, Louise has spent time working in film production in order to learn more about the industry. Her current project explores narratives in the Arctic through visual mediums.
